DZLBeatzDaryl Allman aka DZLBEATZ comes from a Long line of musicians who were all heavily influenced by the likes of : Michael Jackson, Prince, Marvin Gaye & Chic
Daryl's natural music taste evolved quickly before finally finding his sounds that include House, UK Garage, R&B, Hip-Hop, Rock, Funk, Dancehall, Rare Groove, Pop and Soul.
As a child, Daryl rehearsed and played Percussion for legendary Calypso Artist "SuperBlue". He even took on some of his Grandfathers traits by ensisting on playing the Steel Pan in school.
Daryl stems from a list of singers & musicians. His Aunty had a 80's hit with the Band "FREEEZ" resulting in the song "Southern Freeez" hitting the UK Charts at Number 6 earning itself a silver record.
Two of his aunt's also had Success with the Group "Black Harmony" with Reggae Classic "Don't Let It Go To Your Head". At 16 years old Daryl taught himself how to play Rhythm Guitar, with Bass & Drums following soon after.
In his Early twenties, Daryl became involved with music production. Releasing an EP in 2018 "DZLBEATZ Save Us Vol 1". Daryl did a DJ course at the Working Mens College in 2018, the DJ bug bit him and he found a calling.
Not long after in 2019, Daryl signed up with an Agency and got his DJ career going at "Simmons" where he Performed Open Format sets all over central London. Since then Daryl has Shared the stage with legendary Mi-Soul Radio DJ's: Gordon Mac (MBE), Craig Williams, Pete Andrew, Ronnie Herel, Jon Juels, Wil Johnson (British Actor & DJ) & many more.
In current time, Daryl signed up with one of Londons top DJ agency's "JWDJ Agency”. This has given Daryl the opportunity to DJ at Londons top bars and clubs especially Rollernation, where he now has a residency every other Thursday for the “Soul Skate Thursdays” event.
